Hello!

As a therapist, self-identified philosopher and artist I look to approach therapy with compassion, insight and creativity as foundations for change. Understanding that the road to creating change starts with understanding yourself and your story, I will work to help you discover your strengths and empower you to live authentically as your true self to create a life that feels connected, balanced and whole. Witnessing clients find their own voice and power and to utilize it to create the needed change they see in the world brings me immense joy. As an artist myself, I delight in helping others find their own creativity and hold a deep passion for life and its beauty. In keeping myself as focused as I can on the greater meaning of my life, I hope I can inspire and lead others to do the same. I have been honored to be part of so many stories and would love to help you build growth in your life. 

Anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship dynamics are some of my top areas of specialty. I also hold insight into addiction, codependency, identity, self-esteem issues, spirituality and creative expression. I have a special interest in work with adolescents, young adults, couples and families navigating life transitions and relationships.
